Hi,
It has been a long time since my last post. So finally I have joined Morgan Stanley after a long long vacation. Actually it has been seven days since I joined this company.
Morgan Stanley provides a 4 month training when you join as a new fresher.
Honestly I completely disagree with this policy of them up to now. It is possible that my this perception might change after some time but right now I completely don't understand what is the requirement of teaching same concepts to us which we have learned in college already. In my opinion working with real developers for 4 months can provide more experience and enhance knowledge than training program.
Anyways I suppose that folks who make regulations of company must be much more experienced. So as they have made this program they must surely have had something in their minds.
So guys wish me luck with my new corporate career and I hope things go the way they should be :)
